Nutropia food delivery has been life changing for me. I work a lot and the convenience of it has been great. I have lost 25 pounds in 5 months and the food is very good. I have also experienced great customer service whether I have an issue or need to speak to the nutritionist. Over the last 10 years I have tried various companies and this is by far the freshest food with variety I have experienced.

I highly and enthusiastically recommend Nutropia. I've tried many meal prep services, and Nutropia is the only one I recommend to my friends. The food is restaurant quality while at the same time being extremely healthy. I love the fact that my meals are delivered fresh each night - they are never frozen and \mailed\ to you like other meal prep companies. I am always impressed at the consistent level of high quality, as well as the extensive menu options that change weekly. I have been using Nutropia for a long time now and I can't imagine going back to doing meal prep on my own ever again.

I get to pick from a variety of choices and delicious flavors and save time and effort coming up with all of my meals and snacks. I chose the 2,000 calorie meals and it is perfect for my active lifestyle!
