We filled out an inquiry and received a message that “someone would contact us within 24 hours.” No one contacted us. We hired another company. Then we received a text when we landed that our driver was there — no company name. I called that driver to say we had another company. He said, “That is fine, as long as you get home safe.” Then we were charged twice the price quoted on the website! Then we received a text the next day that another driver was assigned — no company name. I called NYC Exec Limo to dispute the first charge and say we definitely did not want a second ride. She said the first charge included tax, tip, and tolls: but we did not take the ride — so what tax, tip, and tolls! The dispatcher said she would cancel, but that the operations manager was on off for the holiday. The next day I get another text that a driver is assigned. I call and get another dispatcher. She says there is no record of a cancellation, but she will cancel. I texted the driver to say I had canceled the ride. He texted back “understood.” Let’s see if they charge me again tomorrow!

There is a reason they are one of the top-rated car services in NYC and I highly recommend their use for NYC to out-of-state travel. My production company used NYC Executive to transport talent from New York to Philadelphia and back and we got a great deal on an hourly SUV rate. The driver was highly professional, the car was pristine, and the service from start to finish was unbeatable. They had no problem accommodating our complicated route (which I found unbelievably difficult when getting quotes from other car services) and they were always on time with our schedule. Gary is a pleasure to work with on the phone, and is even reachable by text, which is very important while working in a production environment. He was always able to answer my questions and work with me on payment options. I can't say enough good things about his business. Thanks again NYC Executive Limo!

I would like to thank NYC Executive Limo Services for their professionalism! We booked a Cadillac Escalate for my wedding this March and our driver, Corey arrived 20 minutes ahead of time. He was extremely polite to my fiance & I. He ensured that all of our expectations were met. We also did go over the clock by about 20 minutes & the owner Gary Bhullar waived the extra fees! We will definitely be using this limousine company again for future events! Thanks!
I chose this company on their reviews alone. I was hoping no actually praying this turned out well. Got to La Guardia ( which I don't recommend to anyone by the way it's a total disaster) got to the lot where they hold all the private hires. Took a minute or two to figure out where he was then we were whisked away and expertly dropped at our residence. Terrific service from start to finish. Fast forward 5 days later and we had hired them to take us to Washington DC. Picked up on time, superb driver got here without being wiped out. Wonderful service would use them again in a heartbeat.
