I called for a cab here. The dispatcher sounds so rude. I feel as though they need a more customer friendly dispatcher. This lady sound like she hates her job. When i was asking her questions, she got an attitude and impatient. I just hung up and found Unity Car service on google. They are so much better.
The lady was rude. I asked her a question and she talked rudely. And she also putted wrong address.
I reserved the cab for an hour ahead of time and the cab never came when I called the dispatcher back he said that he could not find the driver he was not only rude he was unprofessional and I would never ever take this cab service again it is horrible despicable and should be shut down
