Was bad experience waited there 2hour at terminal 8. not let us in the plane very bad check in staff especially the manager this staff all girls not behaving good ,GISELE WAS bad talker be careful passengers

I saw a cheap ticket with Qatar Airlines for an international flight, I thought I give them a try. Big Mistake. It is a mess at JFK terminal 7. These guys have no idea how to check in the passengers, the lines are outrageous. I seriously think we are going to be late. I had checked in online, thinking I went have to stay in a long line, not with Qatar Airlines, their lines are long no matter what. In fact the online check in line is longer ! It's a mess, I think they are running the airline here just like they do it at Qatar probably , not what US travellers are used to. I won't fly with them again.

Three more stars then I gave pal would give their competitors zero stars or possibly take away them and if the competitor complains I will go to their CEOs office and he will see nothing but Stars. That said about their competition qatar was fairly decent

We had a really bad experience while flying from NYC airport to delhi in October 2018. Our flight was at 9 PM so we reached at the airport at 6PM as a precaution for a international flight. But there were very less passengers who were flying from same flight. So the flight company keep us waiting that flight has been delayed because of some of the technical things. At 1AM they told us that unfortunately the flight has been cancelled and they are arranging other options for us we were waiting at 5 AM they told us they can't accommodate us in other flights so we have to wait untill next evening at 9PM flight. So they finally after 10-11 hrs of waiting they said that they will take us to the hotel. We check in at Plaza Hotel at 7AM, which was not a impressive property however when we checkin they told us we got 20 dollars to spend for our breakfast, lunch and dinner. And that hotel the breakfast was around 15 dollars. It was all flight company's mistake but we had paid all the Bill's. Next evening there was no buddy to pick us up for airport on given time. We rented our own taxi till airport. Because the airline company want to save their money, we have faced all the problems and delay. They don't care if you have any urgency or emergency at home or at work. They only care for them. Worst experience
