As will all the James River dealership's, was an excellent visit. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and well organized showroom.
After shopping on line and thinking I knew what I wanted. A friend suggested that I talk with Brian. Meeting with Brian he asked what I was thinking. Explained to him my last mower lasted over 30 years and I really liked it. He explained the mowers I was thinking x350 was not the mower I was replacing. After showing us the x570 and explaining the features and again doing paperwork he rolled it out. I am very satisfied with the time he took and the deal he offered. After mowing the lawn I realized that he sold me exactly what I Wanted. I will suggest to anyone give James River a chance.
Josh is a good guy. James river is to greedy tho. John Deere's is over priced. Sold my x330 and bought 2 cub cadets
Don't believe that you would find a better parts department. Great group of people there.
