WORST SERVICE EVER! They are no longer Harvest Equipment. Bought a gravely, needed maintenance. The girl who is the service manager tells us they are slow and it will only be a few days if we wanna drop it off Monday, should be done by wed morning. Explained to her that this was a business mower and we had to be sure we were gonna get it back within a few days. Fast forward 5 days later. They closed for two days to switch their business name and are no longer a gravely dealer and will not honor the warranty. And no, our mower hasnt been touched. Do not but from this company!

Probably the worst service I've ever had anywhere! That's saying something. Called for servicing of the mower, they picked it up promptly but said it would be a week and a half. Seemed a bit long but ok. Got it back 4 weeks later with a couple of filters changed and an over 500 bill. On top of that it wasn't cleaned, blades weren't sharpened, dry rotted rear tires weren't addressed AND they dropped it off in our driveway without returning the key! Go somewhere else.
