We ordered 5 dining chairs end of September and were assured we would have them in 6-8 weeks that we had just missed Thanksgiving cutoff but that they would for sure be here by Christmas. No chairs for Christmas, next date given was February. Once again we follow up and are told the fabric is out of stock. Why weren’t we told this from the onset of ordering as we would have never ordered from your company had we known the wait was never ending. Vera the sales person never followed up during the process at all like she said she would and the sales director, Ken, was nothing but rude and could have cared less when I spoke with him today. So needless to say we cancelled our order and better get a full refund on our 50% deposit that we paid back in September. Truly sad that we wasted almost 5 months now of waiting for nothing. I would definitely think twice before shopping here as you are given dates that truly mean nothing and expect to add about 6 mos onto the time frame they give you. I get covid and it’s out if their hands but be honest from the get go and don’t string the customer along with false information. Above all provide good customer service and maybe people with possibly continue to wait but the customer service was terrible. We won’t be back that’s for sure.

My review is actually for the Starbucks within furniture Land South. the employees always talk to you with a smile in their voice period and the product is always made the way you ask to have it done. And they always have my little bagels that every other location is usually sold out of so I love this location the employees and their products a plus guys keep up the great work. I'm not sure of his name but he is the gentleman and his late forties and he has longer hair and glasses he is amazing to customers extremely friendly and extremely caring so thanks for all that you do. I wish more people were like you I could tell you take pride in your job and care about your customers.

I have to say, the actual shopping experience was amazing. They have EVERYTHING. Helpful sales associates that aren't pushy. Really fun and wonderful selection. However, it has taken over 7 months for me to get my furniture. I placed my orders in August and the pieces are scheduled for delivery in early March. Almost 8 months. Consider purchasing elsewhere if you NEED your furniture like me. I served Thanksgiving and Christmas on a plastic folding table this year :/ I have asked for some kind of credit/compensation for this and basically been told \sorry\.

We went shopping here in June 2020 to furnish our new empty house. There was an overwhelming number of options, but our sales rep, Lorenza, was great and helped show us only exactly what we were looking for. We purchased 2 living room couches, a bedroom set, and large office desk. All of the furniture took about 3 months to come, which we were understanding of given the pandemic. The reason we can only give 1 star is because of our horrible customer service experience we have had (and are still having) since the delivery of our furniture. The top of office desk was delivered damaged, and in addition the delivery team dented and scratched our wall on their way in. Because the desk was still usable, they left it here and reached out to customer service regarding replacing it. At first, customer service offered us 25 for the damage or to replace the damaged desk top. Given the fact that the desk alone cost close to 2,000, a reimbursement of 25 was laughable and we elected for the replacement. Given the delay and inconvenience a customer service rep told us we would receive some compensation and that she would get back to us shortly. This all happened in SEPTEMBER 2020...it is now January 2021. We have had countless back and forth exchanges with the customer service department via email and phone regarding the status of this replacement and have still yet to get any answers. It has gotten to the point where we are emailing or calling multiple times each week just in an attempt to get in contact with someone who can help us, but we keep getting sent in circles. Bottom line, if you want to spend thousands of dollars on furniture, you're better off going to a small local furniture store that actually cares about you and your time and money!

TOP TIER An absolute experience every time I go. It’s astonishing just how big the establishment is...the number of buildings, levels and the overall layout. There is so much to see, so you definitely need to have an idea of what you are looking for and at least narrow it down so you can layout a strategy with any one of the helpful salesman on location. - Employees are super helpful and knowledgeable - Furnitureland South literally has everything - One stop shop - Excellent pricing (delivery included with Guardsman protection which is also inexpensive comparatively) - Excellent service - Starbucks on-site! - Wear comfortable walking shoes (you will do a ton of walking!)
