We had the best time kayaking! We rented two kayaks at 35/person for 2 hours. The kayaks were clean, the route recommended was beautiful, and we were able to rent same day (a Monday at 11:30 am). The website wasn’t taking reservations so we called. We would definitely do it again! The staff was very friendly and there was a great bathroom to change in.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Amazing staff, great location (parking lot and free street parking), quality kayaks. They were so accommodating and willing to work with me and my partner when we were running a little late coming back. Will def be back and highly recommend that you give them a shot as well!

Came here for bike rentals to use during the weekend and it was a seamless rental experience - from initial inquiry to drop-off. The staff are all incredibly nice and are completely understanding of normal wear-and-tear on the bikes (they were new ones that we were breaking in). On top of that, the store has some cool merch to cover things you forgot to pack for the trip, or as a souvenir of Jamestown. Definitely coming back to them for next year's trip!

The guy who runs this place is very nice. We showed up at 4pm, and they were supposed to close up shop at 5, but he was kind and let us rent 2 tandem kayaks for 2 hours. We actually stayed out 2.5 hours, but he did not charge us extra. Thank you!
