Joe listened to me, said he could put me in the truck that I was interested in, but thought I'd be better suited by a different truck. He presented one that literally had everything I was looking for. I was very refreshed, because the original truck I was looking at was a lot more money, and it's not too often that you find a dealership where the sales department will listen to you, actually hear you, and put you in a vehicle that fits perfectly. Joe could have up-sold me, but he chose the perfect truck for my family and I.
