After ,ordering a product from Ryan at Greenhouse Megastore in which I waited for over a month for and explained it was a life safety issue it was WRONG and in fact the product they did send would NOT work .Ryan wanted me to have to correct his mistake and return the wrong item with my fractured hand after Earl and Tom from Green Tek said I could keep it .Ryan admitted his mistake and told me he would refund 86 but gave me 50 he lied .Greentek did NOT make the mistake but felt they could have stepped in more on my behalf nor did they respond to my emails.Greenhouse said they are refunding my money after I posted on FB ( the commentator was professional) but the response to mine and other BBB complaint involved a personnel attack on those who complain and the owner or Greenhouse is supposedly a Christian .The other concern is that Greenhouse decides which reviews to post and they are only the positive ones .I would highly recommend going to Greentek and bypassing the Greenhouse Megastore as the product I did receive was very well made and believe Greentek does good quality work.I was going to remove my reviews until I was personnel attacked by Greenhouse Megastore which was very unprofessional .If they had returned what they promised then the issue would have been resolved .I went to Joannes fabric today and they were outstanding and got me exactly what I needed at a great price!!!!!I
