Unfortunately my most recent experience with Hankster's has been awful, especially since I'm a repeat customer. Two months ago I drove down from Lake Superior to buy a new Wolverine x4 after buying a motorcycle from them last year. When i arrived the Wolverine wasn't fully prepped, just sprayed down. For instance the tires didn't even register 10 psi. Even the salesman apologized. That wasn't the problem though. They didn't have all the paperwork, keys, or manuals. They promised to send them to me right away. Two months later I still don't have any of it, especially the certificate of origin if I want to sell out of state later. Not one time have any of my messages been returned in two months. I've even left three messages for the owner, Hank, and he hasn't even returned my calls. Now my lawyer says I have to file in small claims court. What a waste of time for something that should've been taken care of by now.

We had a great experience with Hank today. We purchased two Yamaha Wave Runners. Hank was very helpful. He had everything ready when we arrived. The skis and trailer were in great shape. Hank walked me through everything you would want to know about the trailer and the skis. He was extremely kind to my wife and grandson. He did everything he could to make sure i was happy. i would definitely drive three hours again to do business with Hank.
