It's closed until April, so they can work on winter projects. The staff and volunteers are polite and willing to help those who need it, either by walk in, email, or phone calls.

Called on the way to the info. center. admission fees and locations were provided over the phone. Once we got there, fees doubled and we were informed that it wasn't one location, we had to pay for each building at a rate 30 vs. 5 per person. One of us stayed in the gift shop while the other used the bathroom and the staff was talking about us. We left and didn't take any tour. Not worth time, confusion, money or hassle.
