I had an excellent experience at Rock County Honda! As a women shopping alone for a new car I had an uneasy feeling someone may think it would be easy to take advantage of me. By no means had I felt that way here. I was very comfortable and relaxed. I worked with Haley who was awesome. She was extremely friendly and I didn't feel pressured into buying something I wasn't 100% sure about. I felt like she really listened to me & did her best to accommodate my needs. Tim also was a part of my experience.there. He explained the process to me & made sure I understood everything. He was friendly & very knowledgeable. I was very impressed & grateful with the finance dept ( I can't remember his name) as they went out of there way to find the best deals for me. Overall, Rock County Honda is an awesome place to buy a car!
