Great job with my older carpet and couch. I am amazed at how my carpet is brighter and nearly like new. The gentleman was actually early and total time for both a little over an hour. Amazing! Thank you so much.
They are very polite straight forward. I love the fast response the last few times we have called them for carpet cleaning. Called at 10 am they were out there the same day at noon and 1 pm. Love the fast time pricing is ok a little high but you definitely get what you pay for
Service rep showed up 45 minutes early, which was fine. Carpet was cleaned fairly well, not as well as we would have hoped. Two upholstered chairs were cleaned. When we asked for a quote from SE Cleaners, we gave them room dimensions and pictures of the chairs. The quote was 97 for the rugs and 35 for each of the two chairs. The service rep said the price was 211. I told him the quote was 167, not 211. He said \That was because you didn't tell them the room size.\ I walked him to our desktop computer and SHOWED him the quote. He then said \There is a higher charge for recliners.\ At that point, I paid him the amount he was requesting and decided to detail this overcharge of 35 (in round figures) in the review. I find his excuse for the inflated amount nothing more than grasping at straws. I am waiting for \the office\ to call me back. \The office\ did not call back, so I called the owner the following day. He apologized and sent a check for the difference between their quote and the price the service rep demanded.
Very quick and efficient. Prices are very fair. I plan to use SE Cleaners again for duct cleaning in the future.
