I was extremely disappointed with the service. I haven't had the washer routinely maintained since 2017and he spent all of 15 minutes checking it. He said there were a couple of anomalies but brushed them off as nothing. Today I went down to do laundry and found the faucet in the washtub dripping, which it had NOT been, prior to his visit. So it's been dripping for 2 1/2 days. That's going to really help my water bill. If this is the kind of outine maintenance\ that Sears provides, I will not be renewing my coverage any more.

Service man arrived right on time, quickly fixed our problem. He was very courteous and did a super job.
After missing six days of work for scheduled repair appointments and being charged for failed repairs, our refrigerator is still not working after four months. No one showed up for the last appointment and Sears refuses to refund the charges placed on our credit card.
Excellent service on our leaf mulcher.
Scheduled appointment, repairman was here on time, fixed the problem and I was ready to dry clothes. He was kind, courteous, and efficient. I would recommend the home cap/warranty for all your sears products. Love it when my appliances are fixed and the repair person just walks out the door without handing me a bill.
