We purchased firewood from this business in December. Good value. I saw some of the other reviews on the firewood. Some of the pieces tend to be moist, so we just leave them in front of the fireplace to dry out a couple days before we burn them. We sometimes also start the fire with a piece of kiln dried wood from Menards or the gas station if the seasoned ones have a hard time catching.

The west side of our property had been neglected for years and was totally overgrown with buckthorn - rendering much of our lot unusable. We tried to clear the lot ourselves, but it was just taking way too much time. Jason and Tree Wise Men rescued our property, and they did in two days what it would have taken my wife and I another year to do. We have nothing but good things to say about their work. Everything was done on schedule and on budget - and the results speak for themselves. Jason did a great job communicating with us from beginning to end. Work done: Clearing buckthorn Adding topsoil Grading Seeding for new lawn Installing 50 arborvitae along the fence line We will have Tree Wise Men come back to trim the oaks (who knew we even had them, with all that buckthorn?) once they go dormant in the colder months. Tree Wise Men will be the only call we have to make for this service. There's no longer a need for us to shop around because we have such confidence in their ability to get the job done for an appropriate price. Thanks for reading.

Awesome! We had all of our trees trimmed including an oak that had a main trunk, which had grown into the top of a neighbor's tree. They used no large equipment---they have a guy who shimmies up the trees, trims with his chain saw as he goes, and leaps from one tree to another. He truly knows how to use his ropes and equipment for his safety and dropping limbs in a manner that protects whatever is below--like our fence and Arbor Vitae and our neighbor's Blue Spruces! Jaw dropping to watch him do his work. They're quick and clean up completely. Had some additional landscaping and fall cleanup done to our COMPLETE satisfaction. The owner, Jason, (an arborist) knows his stuff! Another company might have just removed two trees we were concerned about. After inspecting them, he assured us they were sound and that a good trimming would address our concerns so we could keep our trees. Tree Wise Men LLC now has a permanent place in my contact directory! Excellent service, and we highly recommend!!

Tree Wise Men's crew were professional and delivered above and beyond our expectations for the tree removal. We had an old maple that was growing over the roof of our house and needed to be removed before it began doing damage to the shingles. Jason and his crew were able to squeeze us in and had the entire tree down and lawn cleaned up without damaging anything in a 1/2 days work. Amazing job guys, will recommend your services to others and will be a repeat customer.

I had a rather large oak that was too close to my house for my liking. I called Tree Wise Men & Jason came out and gave me a fair quote. The crew that came out and removed the tree was very professional and, to my surprise, was able to remove the tree without it coming close to the house. I highly recommend Tree Wise Men if you need any tree work done. I know I will be using them for any future work.
