On Christmas Day I set up a banquet at this restaurant... And I was immediately impressed by it's decor. But the last few weeks I've been working here as the host for a temp agency. I was already going to give this place a 5-star for the friendly staff and it's view of the Bellagio fountain, and then I tasted the food last night. I had the duck and shrimp fried rice, and wow it was great. I'm from Tampa Florida and I've been to a lot of high-end restaurants like Berns who keep their seafood live in tanks, so it takes a lot to impress me. But they have accomplished that at Jasmine at the Bellagio from top to bottom. I'm DJB The Las Vegas Gold Picker Ya hear me and I'm looking forward to sampling their extensive wine list. Enjoy the photos.

In A Nutshell: -Jasmine is a Hong Kong cuisine restaurant located inside the Bellagio Hotel. -If you are seeking a delightful, yet fancy setting w/ great seats in front of the Fountains of Bellagio, come eat here. -I saw their menu outside of the entrance & initially opted for the 77 prix fixe menu, however, after settling in & reviewing their regular menu I was told by my stomach to order the 2 course Imperial Peking Duck. -The roast duck was pretty large w/ crispy skin & moist meat - very good, I recommend ordering it. -I really appreciated the attention-to-detail: gold forks/knives/spoons, the butterflies & entire layout, which makes you feel like you've temporarily transported back in time w/ a nice mix of British & Chinese decor. -The service is 5 star, you're greeted several times. Overall, this is a great restaurant if you're in the mood for Asian food.

A fairly westernized Chinese food. You will be highly disappointed if you’re looking for authentic. The atmosphere is lovely and quite upscale. When you sit down, the plates in front of you are Versace (they take them away once you order food)

Quite a disappointing experience. Not that I want to compare it with a top restaurant in China, but for the rather high price level I expected at least some authentic sides. Service was professional but cold. The kobe ribs braised in an European country style came as big not that tender pieces, needing a knife to cut... maybe the tiny mushrooms in the sauce enriched with ordinary soya sauce should have given an Asian look at least. The rice was low end. The dumpling stuffed with cheese. No, really not to recommend if you are looking for Chinese food.

What a great experience! We went for the Holiday Dim Sum Buffet on December 26th at 1:00 pm. We had a party of 4. It’s a pretty chill setting. Some customers were very dressed up, while we were in workout leggings. Jeans are definitely acceptable. For 68.88 per person, we had our share of peking duck, dim sum, lamb chops, pastries, and so much more. Everything we tried was super tasty. Note that beverages, even iced tea, are not included in the price. It was 6 per iced tea, with refills included. The service was impeccable. Our glasses were never empty and the waiters were always asking us if there was anything else we needed. The guzheng (Chinese Zither—a string instrument) player was so great. I enjoyed the music she played. I could’ve taken a nap, it was so peaceful. The dim sum buffet seems like it’s a very well-kept secret. I’m here to let everyone in on the secret—it’s amazing. Even if you’re not staying at the Bellagio, it’s worth it to come just for this! Highly recommend!
