Father in law dropped off mower prior to passing away. Prepaid for repairs. I had to pay an additional 30 and needed mower delivered. Riding mower was delivered smoking like crazy...was told if it didn't stop smoking it would be picked up and made right. Went by a week later and told Jason it was still smoking...he said it could be the head gasket and it would cost an additional 225 but I wouldn't be charged for the pickup and delivery. Gee thanks.. Mower should have never been brought back in that condition. Will not be using Jason ever again.

They had my item for repair for around 5 weeks claiming the part was on order, I retrieved my item, order part on a monday, installed it on the following Thursday

Willing to work with you around his schedule. Very convenient for people who live out in the country who need emergency servicing on their equipment. Also the shop hours are better on Saturday then any other lawn mower service shop. The serviceman was fast, reliable, and accurate with his work.
