The crew that came out to perform the installation was very courteous and professional! They went above and beyond as usual to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction before leaving. These guys are always very friendly and knowledgeable of their work. The customer service of this company is top notch! Great work guys.

Lance showed up and was very attentive for my install. I had questions about how some of the things worked and he answered my questions. He took the time to go above and beyond, and offered me wireless Internet capability. He was very diligent and wanted to provide a superior product and took no shortcuts. He made me feel like a valued customer and was not in a rush. He wanted to do a thorough job and was very professional. He’s a great example of customer service.
