whirlpool says they are the only certified repair tech close. But they have been out to my house 12 times over 2 years and not one thing has actually been fixed. Parts have been replaced but within a few days there is a new issue. Its been 4 different appliances. The fridge I have now just needed the ice maker fixed cause it wasn't working the day I got it. Now the fridge won't even cool enough to keep food in it. I just want the things either fixed or for whirlpool to be told they can't be so they will replace it before another warranty runs out and im out alot of money.

Had to call 2 days in a row.. never showed up after being told they would be here on Thursday. Took off work. Called that evening at 3:30 when no one had came yet or called. No answer. Left a message. It’s 10:45pm and still haven’t gotten a call back.. all I would have needed is a phone call to tell me they were busy and needed to reschedule.. I do not recommend them. Their time is no better than mine.

They are usually busy, not having many appliance repairmen in the area, so expect a wait. Found my Problem and made temporary repairs within an hour of arriving. Teflon door spacer/riser that keeps door seated in place against the gasket for refrigerator had deteriorated/broken where it looked closed but lost seal and allowed unit to ICE UP. Parts ordered. Very happy with Visit and Repair Cost!!!!

This place is so unprofessional!! Can’t give you a time when they are coming so they say morning. Well morning comes and goes and afternoon I call.... same story oh someone will be there! Total lie! Don’t answer phones don’t show up don’t make appointments for scheduling. Going on for days now! This is the worst place to do business with! Don’t do it!

Needed a refrigerator so found this place on line. When my daughter and I walked in the man was on the phone didn’t give us a hand sign or anything, got up and walked out of the room to the back room. If I could have given no stars I would have. Very, very rude and apparently didn’t need my money. I did look however for a second, priced are SKY HIGH! DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!
