Great company. Fast delivery, and excellent tracking. Placed an order on Sunday, products received on Tuesday. They tracked my package and sent me notifications every step of the delivery process. The items delivered were just as pictured on Web site, securely packaged. Will definitely order again, and refer friends and family.

I certainly understand about the horrible mail service which is by no means anybody at Jaspers fault. I would like to say that I appreciated the hands on approach from Brett, who I spoke with regarding my order. Actually, the timing of receiving the product is amazing. The customer service is even better. I had a couple minor issues and I called to advise them of the issue and see what i should do. The gentleman on the other end was amazing. He even disclosed to me that i was speaking with the owner. How often does this happen? He had a wonderful attitude and apologized and said he would rectify the issue. He did and my order has been shipped. Thank you Jasper Industrial Supply and owner.

Had been looking for Lysol Disinfectant spray since the beginning of the pandemic with no luck. A lot of disinfectant products in the stores now ( most are brands I don't recognize). Was searching online and found your company. Didn't care about the price. Was just happy to find it. It arrived in a VERY timely manner. Will definitely make future purchases.
