To begin with, I wauted over an hour. Actually had to leave due to another appointment. I returned the next day and again waited over an hour. I left then due to company coming to my home. (I had an appointment this time). The third time I returned, I was seen fairly quickly, but as I have been here 2 times before when my nails were done they again have no soap, requested some as I had before and was told I didn't need any. I have to assume tools used are unsanitary as well. My nails started coming off within 3 days and I soaked them off myself. I will never return. This place should consider people's health as well as their time. After all, they wouldn't be in business if not for their customers. I do not recommend NAILS BU LA!

i do not recommend this place. they were rough with my fingers much less made two of them bleed. they burned my cuticles. they are rude. i waited over an hour to get my nails done. my finger nails aren’t even.

The woman that I got was really rough with my hands and cut over my cuticle with her nail drill and it hurt really bad, there is super glue and acrylic all on my fingers and hand, and the nails are really bulky and the nail on my pinky is crooked badly
