I had the best experience ever working with Ashlee and the team at Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper. I bought a used truck from them for my daughter and the whole experience from the moment I walked in the door to the time I left was very professional but friendly and warm at the same time. I never felt any pressure and Ashlee took the time to work with me and allow me to make an informed and confident decision to buy from her. The finance department was very easy to work with as well and made closing the business end of things a breeze. The real test of a business is what happens after a deal is made and that’s where the team went above and beyond for me. I failed to notice something on the truck until after I bought it so it was entirely on me and I was willing to accept that. Without me saying a word, Ashlee stepped up and offered to take care of it for me. She absolutely did not need to do that but she did and delivered on her promise. I am now a customer of Shottenkirk for life and look forward to working with them again the next time I need a vehicle.

Very responsive via text and email before we went to test drive the car. Once we got to the dealership (an hour-long drive), the process was quick and smooth, and the deal was great! Highly recommended!
