Absolutely would not recommend this dealership to anyone! Upon putting my mother-in-law in a nursing home we found out about the thousands AND thousands AND thousands of dollars she had paid this place, often for things that were not done right the first time. We were absolutely disgusted at how much they took advantage of her being elderly and in the position she was. One of the associates was also confronted about ripping her off and all the excuses he had was \ He was new.....he didn't know. \ Completely unacceptable and disgusting. She was charged so much for every little thing, nothing has been done correctly, including a seat belt install. Which came loose upon stopping! They of course wanted to charge her again to install it a second time after it obviously was not installed correctly the first time.

Update review: Jason Slaughter with Jay Hatfield Mobility reached out to me in order to apologize and correct this issue. Perry the field manager promptly responded and completed my home assessment as expected. Thanks Jason and Perry! Original review: Poor customer service! Three appointments set and three appointments canceled by Jay Hatfield Mobility. The first appointment cancellation could’ve been a misunderstanding, but the last two excuses were ridiculous. I did talk to a “service manager” who gave me the impression he was too busy to bother with my issues.

I bought a van from Jay Hatfield in Lee's Summit in June of 2020 he brought the papers out on the 19th of June wanted me to sign him and stuff so that way I will get the van nobody else could get it well they said that they had some work to do on it so I said okay I never seen the van so months go by couldn't get no answers about the van or nothing so I started making payments on it in August of 2020 and I didn't get the van until November a 2020 and still had any issues with the band the fuel pump for them fixed so still had trouble with that the handicap door on the passenger side still has not been fixed I know I still been half and take the van back and forth back and forth to try to get the door fixed so this is February the end of February and the door still not fixed and now they're saying I burned the motor up in the door so now they're not going to fix it but it still has a leak under the motor they say that they had a front end alignment which it shakes real bad this is not a good company at all they do not do what they say they're going to do
