purchased a property which a sales agreement included a land survey. The survey was completed by Kachnovich Land Surveying which was done quickly (a few weeks) and accurately to expedite the sale. A neighboring property disputed the survey after a year and a separate company hired by the disputing neighbor completed a land survey which had several inaccuracies. The group at Kachnovich re-checked their survey to find no errors in their work, contacted the other company, showed the inaccuracies which resulted in the admittance of an error made and its correction by the other company. Kachnovich LS went above and beyond to assist and ensured that the survey was correct and protected my interest in my property. A definite re-hire if surveying is ever needed again. Thanks again.....
