These are amazing workouts- I have more muscle and am in better cardiovascular shape at age 50 than ever before. Rhonda has assembled a super fun and knowledgeable team of teachers! They have a lot of class times per week- a time for all. Try it - it’s fun!

Really fun workout, excellent instructors, very happy I joined! I tried several types of classes, workouts, gyms and this is the one I'll go to regularly. Gives me a great workout, I'm sweaty and feel accomplished, but also feels fun because you're dancing it out!
