Love the tint job done on my car. This is my first time getting tint on a car and I had my reservations. The process was explained clearly and all the different tint plans available to me and I was assured that the tint I received would be within the legal limit. Only complaint was that it took longer than expected. I was original told the process takes an hour and half but I was there for 3 and a half hours. The wait was worth it.
I had my driver seat fixed and my windows tented. JAZZY saw a flaw in the window that I could not see. He told me to bring it back and he fixed it. One of the best experiences I have at an auto repair shop. He is absolutely a professional.
Everything was good except the amt of time spent waiting on tint to be put on. Good quality life time warranty.
I found Jazzy window tinting on google and also spoke to a few co-workers that recommended this company. I called ahead a spoke with Kevin over the phone to find out what type of tint they use. He had a great selection of Suntek tint that was highly rated when I researched them. I came in the week after and as per our conversation I came in a got my windows tinted and now my car looks great. Kevin does a great job and has high quality tint. Update: 5/4/18, I was having a minor issue with the tint in my rear window looking foggy so I brought the car back to Jazzy window tint. After an hour or so Kevin (owner)and his team was able to look at the tint and discover there was a residue on the back window underneath the tint. The remedy was to remove, clean, the re-tint the rear window. However, the problem was Kevin insisted upon charging me for the replacement cost of the tint, because he believed that we should both share the cost of the new window tint and labor as these were unforeseen circumstances. The cost would be an addition to the 280 or so I spent on initially getting my windows tinted the week prior. In the end after being persistent and not agreeing to pay the extra, I was able to leave without paying additional costs. However, I cannot recommend anyone go get their windows done here. The prices are higher than average and the wait times and services are unpleasant. Ironically, Kevin doesn't believe google reviews bring him any service as we spoke briefly and he didn't care that I was amending my review.
