I don't understand how this place has a 5 star rating. You have to go in person to schedule an appointment due to them not answering their phones. The website for online tap courses is always down so your kind of forced to either do in person or Microsoft team meetings which may be inconvenient if you are in a high tempo job where you can't leave often.

I spent 2 years in this unit as a "wounded warrior" not as a NCO in the Army. They forced all hands fallout for PT formation in PTs despite the Soldier's status. The cadre were largely orders babies from the Reserves and Guard whose "respect my authority" line was frequently abused. If a Soldier was being med-boarded for bonifide reasons they did not have say in their care. The almighty triad makes tgose decisions for you. I tried 2 years to get my shoulders repaired and for 2 years I was bounced between ortho and PT. My right shoulder was fully replaced within 1 year of me leaving WTB and my left shoulder was repaired the following year.
