We are renovating and flipping a home, and bid out several companies to assess and evaluate a crawl space, which specifically needed a girder beam replacement, as well as several joists. From the beginning, JC Smith was professional, and their communication was top notch. Our interaction was initially with Bill, who was clear with scope of work that would be done - and all our questions were thoroughly answered. They were not strangers to the situation we had. The personal engagement that the foreman, Vonn brought to the workspace was top notch. His ambition to do the best he could was evident. No ego, friendly, and willing to entertain any requests/address concerns from the get. He was available and easy to talk to through the entire job, and finished on time and without any disappointments. His team Lee, Kristina and John, were all friendly and worked diligently, each of them prioritizing getting the job done, and leaving us more than satisfied. We truly felt all the individuals on this job went beyond expectation to bring the house level - and we were extremely pleased with the overall outcome. Would definitely recommend JC Smith, for structural work, as that is the scope of what our job entailed.

We recently purchased a home built in 1896 and decided to hire JC Smith to do the extensive re-model. From the initial assessment to the final walk through, JC Smith was a top notch general contractor. The scope of work and cost estimate were both on point; no surprises or hidden costs that threw me out of my budget. The design consultant was very helpful with the new design and material choices; suggesting good quality yet affordable products that would help me achieve the design look I wanted while staying within my budget. The job foreman was knowledgeable about every aspect of the work that needed to be done and always polite and considerate to inform me of all the daily details during the construction phase. He addressed any questions or concerns I had promptly and courteously; even when I asked multiple times because I just didn't understand. ; ) Even the sub-contractors that were brought in did great work! If I wanted something \tweaked\ at the end of a particular job, JC Smith was quick to have their sub-contractor return and finish the work to my satisfaction. Every worker that passed through the doors of my home were considerate of the fact that it was my home and therefore left an exceptionally clean job site at the end of the day. To make sure that all the work getting done was to their very high standards, there were multiple calls and visits from none other than the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Smith. I can't say enough good things about this general contractor! Thanks JC Smith for a job well done!!

I recently had an electrical problem. The boys from JCSmith were there in less than 24 hours - 4 hours later it was fixed and as it turns out, it was part of the house that they had never even worked on. Great service.
