I was married to a car salesman, so I know how they can be! Not to mention, I have purchased or traded multiple vehicles at multiple different dealerships, and my experience was always the same: feeling stressed and pressured. My experience at Jeff Gordon Chevrolet was not like that. They went above and beyond my expectations, especially for a big dealership. Brian Kane approached me first because I was looking for the used car department and had mistakenly ended up at the new car department. He showed me where it was and walked over there to assist me. From there, Brian worked hard, alongside Mike Johnson, to look for a used vehicle that fit my needs and budget. When we found the vehicle I wanted, I told Brian my price points upfront for my trade-in and for the car I wanted. He made it all happen from there. No haggling. No pressure. They accepted my terms and I signed everything that night. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this dealership. There is a reason why they have over 4k reviews and a 4.7 on Google. They will take care of you!

Everyone is always so nice, caring and professional. We have dealt with Sam for many years and he never disappoints... We still get Christmas cards from him every year. More recently we were helped be Kevin who was amazing!! He took the time to help us and even stay late when we had to sign papers to make sure we were taken care of. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our purchase and I can't thank Kevin, Sam and the whole crew for everything. We drove an hour and a half to this dealership and it was worth the trip. Kevin was a pleasant salesman. He was not pushy. He was respectful of our time, courteous, honest, helpful, and got us the answers we needed. The manager Of the used car sales, Michael, was great to work with as well. We settled on a price after the first offer and did not have the usual bickering back-and-forth or haggling. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.

i was really happy with how quickly my wifes diesel Equinox was seen after i called simply to ask about a check engine code that popped up. the service team did a great job with communication with us as well. we were originally scheduled for Tuesday the 23rd but were called on Monday to be notified that the part was not in and if we could reschedule. not very common with dealerships today. all of the staff i interacted with were friendly and helpful. if we were from the area, we would definitely look here first for our next car!
