Jim Sweeney was the salesman who greeted us as we came in. He was very polite and easy going. Asked us what we were there for. We were interested in test driving an Insight. He found the model we were looking for quickly and showed us the car and its features. We appreciated that he did not pressure us to look at other vehicles and took his time answering our questions. Everyone we met and dealt with was very nice and made us feel welcome. This helped us with our decision to purchase our new Insight.

I’ve recently moved to the area and needed to establish myself with a service center for my 2018 Honda Fit. What a fantastic experience at Wyler Honda! Josh in the service department has OUTSTANDING customer service. He was incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. He was communicative with not only myself, but other clients waiting on their cars as well. On top of his professional, friendly demeanor, Josh is a dog lover (service department allowed my dog to enter the building as she’s training for her AKC Good Citizen test). Anyone who loves dogs is A-Okay to me. The entire Honda team was wonderful, accommodating and gave my dog lots of pets I will absolutely continue to have my car taken care of by Josh and the service team, refer friends and family, and if a new car is needed down the road, Jeff Wyler will be my first stop.

Great customer service, better than I ever expected. My sales rep Al (or Richard) let me take the car out on the highway, which I appreciated. Everything was explained to me during the buying process. The car had two new tires, brake pads, and windshield wipers which surprised me for a 2012 model used car. 50 point inspection and the car was washed again before I drove it off the lot. The dealership took my car as a trade in even though it had been damaged previously. Definitely give this place a try as they attempt to be very competitive on their prices. I feel that I can definitely recommend this dealership to others. Highly recommend!

Went in looking at an older model ended up with a nicer version with less miles and only a couple grand more. Has a ton of features the other didn't. Took about 4 hours with test driving and all. Darrell and Will were great. Super happy about the 3 year coverage on a used car.

Staff was attentive and worked to get the sale done quickly but so much effort to upsale they kept messing up the paperwork hoping you don't notice.
