The Jeff Wyler Nissan team is great. My husband and I have had a run of bad luck this year with car accidents and every time we've gone to look for a replacement car the guys here make the process simple and smooth during a stressful and frustrating situation. We went in this time with no down Payment and low expectations of finding something we could afford in this unexpected situation, and we left in a beautiful black 2021 Nissan Rogue that was within our budget and is the perfect size for our growing family. Highly reccomend stopping by here if you want exceptional customer service and to drive away in a safe, sleek and let's be honest, sexy car! My sales persons Caleb and Carlos did an excellent job. They helped me get my car bought at the price I wanted to pay. The reason I did not rate 5 stars was due to the “certified inspection and sanitize fee “ the dealership tried to tack on when negotiating the final price. It was 995.00 and I was told it was not an option as this was already done. It was not listed on the car sticker as an option or an additional cost. I refused to pay it and was going to walk away and my sales people finally got it taken off. Jill in the service department was very helpful and showed me where to find the service schedule in my owners manual. Tyler was the person who handled the final signing of documents and he was very quick and even ordered a UofL license plate for me. Other than the attempt to slide the extra cost in it was an excellent buying experience and the personal were great to work with.

Poor customer relations. These people want to sell a vehicle, but once the sale is done, so is the dealership with us. They won’t return calls, won’t answer phone, always goes to voicemail. Wyler won’t have to deal with us anymore, we use another dealer now for parts and service. When we purchase another vehicle, it will be with the other dealer, that’s a promise. Thanks
