The staff at Growing Hearts treat my little guy like their own. They are very cautious with the first sign of any kind of health issue and very communicative with parents. My 8 month old loves the ladies in the infant room. He is always smiling at drop off and pick up -- I know he is in awesome hands! The school interior (even in the basement) is very modern and clean with good daylight.

My child has attended Growing Hearts for several months now and we are very happy with the progress he has made. His speech has improved dramatically, he is working on potty training, he knows his entire alphabet, can count past 20 and much more. Not only that but he comes home excited to talk about his school work and his friends. The curriculum is well thought out and refreshing and the classrooms and clean and well organized. As a parent it was hard to send my child off to someone that I didn't know after years of having a family member watch him but but the teachers at Growing Hearts are wonderful with children and parents alike.

When we moved back to the area we knew transitioning our 1 and 3 year olds would be tough. It wasn't smooth at first with our first daycare but after switching to Growing Hearts we started to see a turn around quickly. Within 2 weeks the kids transitioned nicely making the whole move much easier on us as a family! Their willingness to work with us, keep open communication and seeing their heart in their labor of love in their school has made this feel like home! Now the kids are happy to go to school and see their friends! And that makes us as parents very happy!

Our 4-year-old has flourished since joining the Growing Hearts Montessori family about 2 1/2 years ago! She is a bright, creative child, that is allowed her independence. We have since continued to be blessed, as they have opened an extraordinary infant center, and we now are sending our 16-month old. She has only been there for 5 months, and she recognizes colors, can repeat numbers and tries to sing the ABCs! We cannot love this school enough, and are so blessed to have found them when we did! Growing Hearts was the solution we were looking for!

It's always a bit nerve wracking leaving your baby for the first time with someone new. Especially, in a learning environment that seems foreign to you (and them). Our son was used to the normal \daycare\ environment, but wasn't encouraged to be independent. I was the typical \helicopter mom\ who was always there to \help\ my baby when I thought he needed it. Growing Hearts helped my son start his 2nd year of life as a more independent toddler, who was proud to show me how he COULD achieve things on his own, if I would just LET him. They pushed me out of my comfort zone (in the best way), by encouraging me to let my baby try to do things that they believed he could. When I loosened the reigns, wonderful things started happening. Our little man is almost 18 months and is THRIVING at Growing Hearts Montessori. We are blessed to have such wonderful teachers in our lives that foster his independence and let us know daily that it's okay to let him try new things on his own. They welcome him with open arms and a cheerful attitude, and I can feel how much each of them believe in and support him. If you have a chance to enroll in GHMS, DO IT! It'll be one of the best decisions you ever make :)
