Active duty military out of state. Trying to renew my driver's license and their call tree is broken, just tells me that I have not given a proper respose after there was nothing said, nothing asked for. Tried a different route and \the mailbox is full/an error has occured\ Fix yourself

Very fast and friendly service. Probably the best experience I have ever had at a license office.
I've tried 3 times to get my trailer titled and the line has been out the door. I would rather pay the late penalty than wait 2 hours for a private contractor to do their job efficiently and professionally. The only reason privatizing the license office made sense was faster, better service. I hope the Missouri Department of Revenue takes the appropriate steps to correct this for-profit contractor.
They were very understaffed on a Friday afternoon. The older lady who helped me complained about how tired she was and how she wanted to go home. Maybe she should go home permanently. Either find another job or get her act together!! She was very rude and unpleasant. In the past I have had good experiences here, but this time was unacceptable. Long waits and poor customer service!!
I have tried to call this place literally one and off all day. It sends me to a voicemail box that is full and cannot accept anymore messages. I cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Very inconvient.
