Melanie and Sherry are very helpful unlike the lady on the left upon entry. Basically cut me before listening to what I was requesting and played on her cellphone while I was giving her information to look up my account, to which she replied, “Uh let me get off my phone.” Then she proceeded to not help until Mrs. Sherry approached and guided her on what I was requesting, luckily someone experienced was there to satisfy my needs.
