They never answer the phone. I’ve called collectively over 2 dozen times. Never an answer. Just an answering machine. Totally unacceptable

Come on, save some tax money and ditch the phones since they don't get answered anyways. I have to travel 40 minutes to walk in, ask a question about TAVT tax on a leased vehicle, then drive 40 minutes back. Thank you

The only person in this office that is polite and very extremely helpful is Wesley so this one star is definitely not towards his work ethics at all. He definitely needs a raise! The rest of the staff that I have delt with has been nothing but rude and extremely unhelpful. I have been having an issue with straighten up a title that was lost by a car lot that is now out of business. I need to renew my son's tag but have no idea the first steps to take. When I ask a question I get nothing but I don't know. They repeatedly ask me where is the paperwork Georgia sent to me? After answering I don't have it and that is irrelevant right now all I get again is a rude unhelpful attitude. They continue to talk down to us when we are just there to try to get help. I was told by the state of Georgia they could issue a temporary tag to me but I have never been offered that. Not sure if that's true because I really do not want to go back in there in fear they will once again give me an attitude.

I've recently moved here from out of state and was pleasantly surprised at the courteousness and efficiency of the vehicle tag and tax office. Not fancy but it works! Terrific!
