I’m extremely impressed with the team they have working at this location! They answered all of my questions and kept me updated with photos, quotes and explanations throughout the entire process. I would like to say a special thank you to Mark, Angela and Mitsy. Glad to make Yancey Power Systems in Jefferson my local dealer.

We had a truck break down and had a wrecker haul it to their shop. The truck was over heating and would not start so we asked if they would fix the issue for us. They seemed excited to be able to fix our problem for us. After about a week we get a call saying the repair is done and the truck is ready. We paid the 2200 that we thought would be worth it to have a good running truck. I was told that their computer didn’t show any signs of over heating so I believe they just reset the error codes on the truck so it would start. The very next day we had the same issue. Called them they told us to bring it back and they couldn’t guarantee that they wouldn’t charge us a second time for what they didn’t fix the first. With the truck being in our parking lot I decided to try a few things to prevent having to pay someone else to screw us over again. So I bought two new thermostats and installed them. Truck runs great and it cost me less than 200. The point I’m trying to make is my knowledge of these Diesel engines is very low, with a simple google search I was able to fix what these “professionals” were suppose to at a fraction of the cost. I believe if I was in the truck repair business I would do a little more than just look at a computer screen. The truck is there for a reason and fix it like you said you would. If the customer isn’t satisfied, do whatever it takes to get them there

Knowledgeable service manager and staff. But ...slow service on motorhomes, even when towed in.
