I have had nothing but great experiences with Jenkins. They have great customer service, were on time and were helpful when we had an issue with our furnace. Other companies have charged me multiple times for fixing one problem, but Jenkins came back a second time to get the job done right and only charged me for the one visit. Outrageous service. Especially since we have been a customer since they formed the company fifteen years ago. We call for a delivery since we are out of oil and they insist that we have to pay a 125 extra delivery fee and they will only deliver 100 gallons. They said that we were late on our payment and would not do a delivery until the prior one was paid even though they did not even have the courtesy of a phone call. They have no heart, nor any business acumen to treat a long term customer who has bought thousands of gallons of heating oil from them. If this is the way they treat customers, they do not deserve your business.
