I am a new customer to Jenkins. We filled out an application over 3 weeks ago for new service and were told someone would call to setup the delivery. A week later I called back. Same promise. Another week later I called again. Same promise. I called again today and was told \any day now\. At this point, if I don't have it in the next 3 days I'm moving on to someone who cares about new business.
