Brian was the technician that came out to troubleshoot and repair the issue with our outside unit. He was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. My AC Heat Pump was freezing up so Brian diagnosed it as a bad defrost board and sensor. They had to order parts but they kept me informed as to to the time schedule for the part to come in. When the part was in he came right back to install it and it is working right again without freezing. I was very pleased with their professional service and great communication. I would be happy to use them again and refer them to others.
