They will def lie about pickup times for your meds. Some at the front counter have no idea how to answer questions concerning your meds ,even after they ask you if you have any questions, go figure. There is a very rude tech that works in the back, I had just had a tooth pulled and she chose to go back and forth with me about my med pickup time that I was told. They do all drive ups first no matter how long you have been standing at the counter. Meds are absolutely never ready when they say they will be, even after coming in after the said time in order to give them a bit more time, they will have to look for it plus bag it and price it after you show up to pick your meds up. So Im waiting 2 days for my birth control(which is already pre-packaged )So inconvenient. I only go to this pharmacy due to the price of my monthly med bit the speed and accuracy needs a major upgrade at this location in particular, cant speak on other locations.

You need to hire competent employees that do not lie nor try to blame the customer for lack of asking a pharmacist what time a prescription is ready. I would rather pay the extra price for the convenience of when you quote a prescription time honor that. Even after coming late to pick it up and it still wasn't ready. The lady who I dropped it off with tried to lie to me then it was time to pick it and say she thought she said 5:30 when she clearly told me 4-4:30pm. I will never be back will recommend Walgreens Pharmacy from now on. Not worth the headache when your already not feeling well.

The staff is nice and friendly but the Drive up Pharmacy is always closed.
