As a business they run well, but good Lord, that is a city block sized 10 story brick building, one slight tremor or any event and that whole place is coming down instantly, including all the files they have.

Customer service is appalling. I spoke with Barry and he was extremely rude, asked for information I didn't have and proceeded to cut me off and be condescending. Would not recommend. Updated our address several times, never updated in the system. Just use Iron Mountain. EDIT: Debbie, the manager, called to address the review and was professional and polite. However, upon speaking to Barry again I was disappointed to see that he was still unprofessional and rude. I am surprised they are still in business.

Extremely disorganized. Very expensive. They say one price and bill you for a higher one. And in the end, patients are unable to obtain their charts. A complete waste of my time and my money. Stay away.
