I work part time in the city (going up and down from the south bay) every week. Grove Taxi & Airport Limo.24/7 is a great service - the owner, Ted, is easy to talk to, on time, and overall a great guy. Ted and his entire team are all very accommodating and friendly. Their fleet is great and is always clean/in great condition. Would definitely recommend.

Do not use this service. The dispatcher is a liar and always says five to ten minutes when he really means a half an hour to an hour. He does not care if it’s in the freezing cold. You call back and he’ll say another five minutes. I would offer them zero stars if I could. I missed the post office today which resulted in me not being able to pick up my daughter’s Christmas gifts. I needed a ride back, and he said “nothing is free honey” when I requested that the return ride should be free due to his dishonesty. I’m not your honey! Zero compassion on Christmas Eve. Another time, I missed the check cashing place and the wait was over an hour. Even cab driver said dispatcher is a liar!
Highly recommended, trustworthy and reliable taxi service in NJ. I have used this service for JFK and Newark airport many times. Never had to worry for wait time or taxi not on time, ever... Drivers are very professional, courteous, and helpful and don’t make you feel like being just another customer..
