Horrible customer service. Bad Attitudes over the phone and in person. The wait time in person is never less than an hour. Unwilling to help and act like you should be happy to be doing business there. Awful!!

Horrible Service!!! Im closing my account today, nearly a month ago I called to replace my card. On Friday I called for an update because I never received anything to be told it was never order just so nonchalantly. After requesting to speak with management I was denied because the day was over. I called back today to see if this can be expedited, because always they make you wait about 2 weeks plus just for a card, due to them not being able to make a card on hand . I was told NO after nearly waiting for a mistake they made now I would I have to continue to be inconvenienced. I’m completely drained from this bank it was the worst choice ever. This bank did absolutely nothing for me expect tell me what they can’t do always. The branches are horrible always packed or simply closed. There’s no proper 1800 to call in the time of emergency with your card it’s literally no gains. Save yourself the headache in just go to a big bank, because small banks are hell.

My experience thus far have been nothing short of amazing They helped me when I needed a small loan - and whenever I call in all my concerns are addressed. Extending my gratitude for the EXCEPTIONAL customer service that I received from JALIZE - MITCHELL JOSEPH and CANDY. I had a few concerns regarding my account and Jalize explained everything in precise detail being the epitome of a professional representative. I had several questions and the way she took her time to make sure I understood every detail EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!! The level of PROFESSIONALISM they all exhibited exceeded my expectations and is what I consider the epitome of a PROFESSIONAL REPRESENTATIVE!!
