Whomever is in charge of this department needs to be fired, everyone answering phones in this department needs to be fired. Rude, short, and clearly irritated that they had to communicate with me. Truly a pain to attempt to get problems solved. Mayor Fulop are you reading this? No reassurance or professionality from these city employees at all.
