I've had the privilege to work with Classic in both a professional and personal relationship. As a kitchen designer, I have total trust that Classic will exceed all client expectations and stand by their workmanship. The employees are all friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, and the team who do the installation are truly artists. I am still in awe of how seams can be nearly invisible! When it came time to remodel my kitchen and basement bathroom, there was no question who I would call. I have a beautiful granite installed, and I even (clumsily) chipped the edge, literally 2 days after it got installed. Classic was able to come out and repair it so it is nearly imperceptible! They certainly go above and beyond for their customers, offer fair pricing, and have a great selection of products and materials! All the reps I have been able to work with are responsive and always helpful. I highly recommend Classic to anyone who asks!

This place is amazing. I say that as a customer who had a great experience when I purchased from them, had a problem about a year later, and it was resolved to my satisfaction through teamwork between Classic and the manufacturer of the stone in Italy. Really excellent customer service the whole way through, professional people who know what they are doing and care about their customer satisfaction. Really, you can't go wrong here. The owner is responsive and employee, Meghan, truly goes above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to go here again in a heartbeat the next time we need counters and recommend them to all my friends and family. And this could easily have gone a very different direction when I had a problem. It's hard to find businesses that stand behind their products and work to ensure the customer is happy even a year later. I'm impressed.

I ordered a bathroom cabinet from a local company and Classic was subcontracted to provide the vanity top. The top was damaged on the day of delivery in my driveway while they cut the slots for the sink. They installed the top anyway and said nothing. I inspected it after he shoved a piece of paper in my face and told me to sign it and left in a hurry. I chased them down and demanded they come back. He fixed it with clear resin. In retrospect I should have made him take it back. I had to have another guy billed as the ultimate repairman fix it again. It looked worse than the first repair. I then had to speak with a supervisor whom I requested a completely new top to which they finally agreed. It looks nice despite the poor measuring job that is covered up by the back and side slashes. I am giving this company only a 3 bc in the end they made it right and replaced the vanity top but I should not have had to fight to get what I bought and paid dearly for.
