Terrible, terrible terrible! Good luck getting any packages from Amazon or other retailers with this service. What was Amazon thinking contracting this place? Each package either gets lost or is late, which eventually does not get delivered either. The one time I actually got a package they left it on the curb by the mailbox like trash, so glad is was not trash day! They don't even deserve a star. Everyday the date changes to the next day for when to expect a package and they never respond to inquiries. This is not the first time.

There should be an option for zero stars. I had an order scheduled to be delivered on March 6. The tracking says it was delivered, but was not. They stole the package. I had to reach out to Amazon to attempt the order again. Amazon should cut their contract with this company.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you see that they’re delivering your package, go ahead and cancel it cause you won’t get it. I don’t know why Amazon even bothers using them because they’re completely unreliable. Don’t bother with their customer support because it’s nonexistent.
This is a scam company. If you see your order is being delivered by Dynamex, request a refund. I have no idea how an organization like this can legally exist, but they legit steal your order and never deliver it. Check your Amazon orders. If it’s being delivered by these criminals, call Amazon IMMEDIATELY.
Amazon package never arrived and reached out to dynamic several time with no response. Kept rescheduling delivery. Hope amazon wises up and stop using them
My package arrived 5 days late. I have all the right to be upset. Or do I? An elderly guy delivered my package Sunday at 7:25 PM. In our desire to get things cheap and fast quality of course will suffer. These people are overworked and underpaid. All the while Amazon founder and CEO is the richest in the world.
Worse delivery service I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to be forced to use by Amazon prime. More one star reviews I've ever seen. Completely worthless!
Short hours. “Attempted delivery but ran into a problem 3 days in a row. No contact. Amazon used them as a carrier for prime and they can’t handle it. Try to contact them and they’re closed. Not that there’s anything to communicate. They have the address, there’s no fence. Update: A week or so later they delivered the package. Then kept calling me asking me for an access code to an imaginary gate. The contents were fine due to its innate durability, but the box was completely flattened. So badly that someone had to reassemble the shipping label and write the address in marker.
