In a word, FABULOUS! The owner, Kenny, provided an estimate for power washing my house and back deck. He was also part of the 3-man crew that provided the service. You can tell Kenny enjoys what he does and takes pride in doing it. He and his crew were prompt, clean, super-polite and did a remarkable job. They scrubbed off the algae on the siding, in corners and on more difficult surfaces like concrete and brick. The cedar wood deck looks like new. My husband was shocked at the transformation. I wish all business owners and service providers were as attentive and thorough as Kenny. It would make home-owning life so much better! It is THE best company I have ever dealt with. I would recommend him any time to anyone.

Maryland Pro Services came out to clean the gutters and the siding. They did a fantastic job. They also re-secured the gutter fasteners while they were taking care of everything. I'll be using them again and I also recommend their services.
Had Gutter Guards installed. Great service! Having them back out to pressure wash the house in the summer.
Kenny is an absolute professional and I am so pleased with the work that he and his team did on my condo. He responded to my initial inquiry right away and was able to schedule an appointment to come out in a few days. What I really appreciated from the initial phone call was how well that Kenny explained what the price range would be, as well as the factors that could impact the final price. On the day of the appointment, Kenny and his team called ahead and arrived on time. They had some trouble locating the vents for my condo and Kenny explained that he'd allotted extra time just for that reason. When they were all finished, Kenny explained the work they did and gave recommendations on how to better maintain the vents moving forward, based on our specific household. He was very careful to adhere to COVID health recommendations as well. Overall, he and his team were well-prepared, respectful, and mindful to clean up after themselves. We hired Maryland Pro Services for home power washing last year and again this week for dryer vent cleaner. Both times Kenny and his crew provided excellent and timely service. Our dryer is on the upper floor of the house and vents about 20 feet through the attic to outside at nearly 30 feet off the ground. Kenny inspected the vent system in the attic, climbed a ladder outside and ran a cleaning brush through the vent hose to clear away a significant birds nest. He also discovered a serious clog in an \elbow\ portion of the vent system in the attic. He took several \before/after\ pictures of the cleaning process; we were very surprised just how clogged the vent system was. We definitely recommend Kenny and Maryland Pro Services and will call them again when it is time for a house power washing or vent cleaning.
