If you run out of propane where as they are supposed to fill periodically, and if it is weekend and if you try to reach them..... You better have wood fireplace because beside hoping someone would help, they will not even answer your call. Run a way.............
If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have had the worst experience with this company. It is impossible to get ahold of ANY associate from this company regarding service. They are not transparent, over charge, and pursue disingenuous business practices. I will be contacting the better business bureau, they should not be allowed to take advantage of people as they have us.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible communication and horrible rates. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The driver is nice but other than that they are an organizational mess. They will over charge you and the only communication they will offer is an invoice for an unreasonable amount. Going to report them to the BBB. Stay away from Matheson Gas.
