I love my new blinds! It is so lovely to come home and with the tap of a button - I can close out the busy world and enjoy my home with my family. I ordered custom motorized blinds - they look so elegant, and were so reasonably priced. Frank helped me pick the perfect blinds, they arrived in a couple weeks. He was friendly and helpful and installed them quickly and cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend - I love them - can’t say that enough!

We could not be more pleased with our new Zebra blinds from Proper Blinds. We had never heard of this type of blind before Francesco gave us a demonstration and showed us his samples at our home in Las Cruces, NM. We were impressed at how they could accent our windows and add color to the rooms. We liked the variety of settings that the blinds can be set at—from fully down and closed (in which case, for our blinds, there are two complementary colors/patterns of horizontal stripes) to the zebra pattern of alternating open and closed stripes, to fully up and completely out of the way. I was a bit worried that the open stripes on the blinds might not allow us to see our view of the mountains, but we can still see the mountains perfectly when these blinds are in the zebra mode. We also liked the idea that the blinds don’t have to be dusted and can be easily cleaned, once in a while, with a damp cloth. Francesco promised to get the blinds to us in three weeks, and he actually installed them in about two weeks. We got seven blinds in all, six of which operate with remotes, which makes it all the easier to lower and raise them. The blinds can be easily recharged with a charger (like one for a smartphone) every six to twelve months. Since our bank of windows faces east, we especially like the fact that the blinds can be lowered to completely block the sun, which can be blinding, in the morning. All of our windows are arched, so before we got these blinds, we had the problem of how to prevent the sun from coming through the tops of the arches. Francesco mounted these blinds up at the ceiling, above each of the arches, where they are barely visible when raised, but can be lowered to completely block out the sun when it is at its brightest. Frank @ ProperBlinds is a very knowledgeable, friendly and upfront guy. He wasn’t pushy on selling his product, he brought a display to showcase the motorized blinds along with all the different color, patterns and choice selection. Installation was a clean and fast. Love the fact that everything was pre-programmed prior to the installation and it was ready to go on installation day. Love my blinds and would highly recommend ProperBlinds to anyone.

My experience with Frank and Proper Blinds has been wonderful. I’m very satisfied with the blinds and thrilled they match with the rest of my interior. Frank was easy to get a hold of, and very responsive to all my questions. We were able to schedule a meeting right away and he gave me a great deal on the blinds. Due to COVID the shipments coming from Europe were delayed, but on arrival Frank worked with me to schedule the instal. Frank and his team were very quick, carful, and diligent with the instal. I’m very content and I look forward to showing them off to my friends and family.
I avoid writing reviews but this case is an exception because my experience with ProperBlinds was also an exception. ProperBlinds surprised me ! The price was too good to be true and I was expecting that, at the end, some problem would make me regret my decision. Well, it was a new experience: not only the price was good but also the quality of the blinds was exceptional, the installation was impeccable and all that on the time they had promised me! Frank Behar, the general manager, came himself to make sure no mistakes would occur. The material was great, the workers were excellent but Mr.Behar was the key for the exceptional results I had with ProperBlinds. And yes, I’m a real client !
Frank made dressing my windows easy. They look sleek and modern. Beautiful woven fabric is low maintenance with the option of sheer to full-coverage. Very versatile and a world better than blinds. So much more affordable, I couldn’t believe it. Also the mechanisms is sturdy and easy to use. My whole house was done in a couple of hours. Straight from Europe and custom made.
